Spring Refund Policy
- A $15 processing fee will be deducted from all requests prior to assessments and team formation
- After assessments and teams are formed, the maximum amount refunded will be $40. This includes the $15 processing fee. (This is due to the fact that at this point the league has already incurred costs of fields, uniforms, equipment and other items)
- Refund requests will be honored if received prior to EDHLL Opening Day (no refunds allowed after EDHLL Opening Day).
Fall Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued past July 30th for Fall 2022.
- Any players on the waitlist that are not placed on a team will have their registration fee refunded.
To request a refund, please send an email to Dev Sirur (edhllregistrar@gmail.com) with player name, address and team. Please allow two weeks for processing.
Fees and Payment
Fees and payment are due and payable at the time of registration. Late fees and volunteer opt-out fees are non-refundable. El Dorado Hills Little League is willing to help any family in financial need. No child will be denied entry to our league due to financial hardship. Please send an email to our league President, Brent McGhee at edhllpresident@gmail.com, and he will contact you to arrange financial assistance.
